And willpower alone cannot make something that lasts. In fact, pushing harder (overriding your body, forcing yourself past your genuine limits) doesn’t create momentum. It fragments you further. It widens the gap between who you know yourself to be and what you can actually sustain.

This is at the heart of my own journey: building and sustaining this work through some of the most tumultuous years of my life. There were moments I could have burned it all down, and even wanted to. But I didn’t. I learned to listen, to grow with attunement and to anchor a prayer that I could not yet see in full form.
I did not do this through willpower, but through learning to work with my nervous system instead of against it.
There is a way through the fire, where you will be forged into the person you need to be to bring your medicine through in full.
Through the Flame is two days designed to do two things:
Awaken the felt-sense frequency of your medicine, the actual somatic experience of what you are here to serve.
And build the basic capacity to hold it. Sustainably. Without destroying yourself in the process.
You know you have a deep calling, and you keep taking steps toward it, then dropping it completely.

Day 1 Friday, Nov 6 · Noon–1:30 PM EST
We go straight to the source. Through somatic practice, you will touch the frequency of what you actually carry, not as a concept, but as a direct felt experience in your body. You will name it.
And you will leave with one intuitive action to take before we meet again.
Day 2 Saturday, Nov 7 · Noon–1:30 PM EST
For you to hold what you are meant to carry, you must shed the layers of what is not based in Truth. All of the doubt, shame, fear, intellectualization and emotional dysregulation must be burnt through.
